Lallan Tiwari (Chunky Pandey) is brought up by Rudra's uncle (Sharat Saxena) who betrays the family and tries to kill Rudra but Raja saves Rudra. And they become good friends. They start working for Ram Babu Shukla (Raj Babbar), a politician and kidnap Financer Bajaj (Gulshan Grover) and a girl named Mitali (Sonakshi Sinha). They kill Lallan and Raja falls in love with Mitali. One day while Raja is getting his sister's engagement done, Bajaj arrives at their house with a shooter Sumer Yadav (Ravi Kishan) and kills Rudra. Raja takes his revenge by killing Financer Bajaj. A police officer from Chambal Arun Singh Munna (Vidyut Jamwal) to catch Raja arrives. Raja finds Sumer and kills him in front of Arun. It is then shown that Raja is in a car and as he comes out Arun shoots him dead. It is the revealed that Arun and Raja had planned Raja's death. By shooting fake bullets at Raja and a real bullet at the car's petrol tank. They did this to save Arun as Raja got the information that after killing Raja, Ram Babu Shukla ordered to kill Arun also. The movie ends with Arun going to London along with Raja and Mitali.
